These Terms & Conditions apply when you shop at SCENTRIK through our online store. They describe the contractual framework for purchases from SCENTRIK AB. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable Swedish and EU law always apply.

In these Terms & Conditions, “SCENTRIK”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SCENTRIK AB.
SCENTRIK uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform. Purchases made through our store are contracts between you and SCENTRIK AB.
By placing an order with SCENTRIK, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to in them.
2. Relationship with Shopify
SCENTRIK's online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to operate our online store. Any purchase you make through our store is a transaction between you and SCENTRIK AB. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by SCENTRIK and is not a party to the purchase agreement between you and SCENTRIK.
3. Who can shop with us
SCENTRIK sells primarily to consumers.
If you place an order as a consumer, your statutory rights under applicable Swedish and EU consumer legislation always apply. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or replaces rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you purchase products for commercial resale, please contact us before placing an order.
4. Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, fragrance information, images and other product information are accurate and up to date.
Fragrance perception can vary between individuals. Descriptions of scent notes, fragrance character, intensity and performance are intended as guidance and are not a guarantee of how a fragrance will smell or perform on every person.
Product images may vary slightly from the physical product because of lighting, photography, display settings, and differences between screens.
We may update product information, correct errors, and discontinue products. Such changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted unless required by law.
Customer reviews. Reviews on our website are collected through Judge.me. Reviews marked “Verified buyer” come from customers who have bought the product from us. Reviews without that label have not been checked against an order. We publish both positive and negative reviews and do not offer payment or other benefits in exchange for reviews.
5. Prices
All prices shown on SCENTRIK are in SEK and include applicable VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any applicable delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your purchase.
The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, is displayed before you place your order.
We may offer promotions, discounts or campaign prices from time to time. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions and will be communicated with the relevant offer.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an obvious error has occurred and you should reasonably have understood that the displayed price was incorrect, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
6. Placing an order
When you place an order through our online store, you submit an order to purchase the products in your order.
After you submit your order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, for example because a product is unavailable or there has been an obvious error in the product information or price, we will contact you and refund any payment received for products we cannot supply.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
7. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be processed.
Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy information. These terms do not replace any rights or obligations you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Delivery
We deliver orders according to the delivery options and conditions presented at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance. If your order is delayed, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns
Your statutory right of withdrawal and SCENTRIK’s voluntary 30-day return policy are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
10. Faulty or incorrect products
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement, you have statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if there is a problem with your order so that we can help resolve it.

11. Order cancellations
If you no longer want an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@scentrik.eu.
You retain any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase that applies under Swedish or EU consumer legislation. Where an order has already been delivered, the relevant withdrawal and return rules in our Returns & Refunds Policy apply.
12. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, discount codes must be entered before completing the order, and discount codes cannot normally be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Specific promotional terms take precedence where they conflict with these general Terms & Conditions.
Free gifts. From time to time we may offer a free gift with qualifying orders, for example when your order reaches a certain value. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, the following applies:
- Free gifts are available while stocks last and are limited to one per order.
- The qualifying amount is based on the value of the products in your order after any discounts, excluding delivery charges.
- A free gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or another product.
- We may end or change a gift offer at any time. This does not affect orders already placed.
Personal discount codes. SCENTRIK may issue personal discount codes to selected customers. Personal codes may not be shared or published. Free-shipping codes issued for in-person collection are valid only for orders collected by arrangement with SCENTRIK. If a code is used without authorisation, or a collection code is used for an order that cannot be collected in person, SCENTRIK may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the SCENTRIK website, including our name, logo, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation and other original materials, is owned by SCENTRIK AB or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell or otherwise commercially exploit SCENTRIK’s content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Product names, trademarks and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Website availability and errors
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical improvements or other legitimate reasons.
If we discover an error in product information, pricing, availability or another part of the website, we may correct the error. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Third-party services
Our store may use third-party services such as payment providers, delivery services, analytics services and other technology providers.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Our use of third-party services does not transfer our responsibilities as your contractual seller to those providers.
16. Privacy
Personal information submitted when shopping with SCENTRIK is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we process it, how it is used and the rights you have under applicable data-protection legislation.
17. Liability and circumstances outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Subject to mandatory law, SCENTRIK is not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as major disruptions to transport networks, natural disasters, government actions, widespread technical failures or other extraordinary circumstances that we could not reasonably prevent.
Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to minimise their impact on your order.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example because of changes to our services, business operations or applicable legislation.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version in force when your order is placed, unless a later change is required by law.
The current version will always be available on our website.
19. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents you from exercising statutory rights available to you under Swedish or applicable EU consumer legislation.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with SCENTRIK, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se. SCENTRIK will take part in ARN's review of disputes.
